When you join Kappa Delta, your life will never be the same! You will be challenged and inspired to be your best self by friends who share your values and want you to succeed.
Kappa Delta offers each of its members endless opportunities to grow as a person and learn life skills that will prove invaluable through her lifetime. A commitment to academics, opportunities to work as a team, a focus on personal development – these elements make Kappa Delta much more than just another club.
We take pride in the fact that Kappa Delta nationally and locally is known for being a friendly sorority. We also are known for being individuals! We welcome and encourage members from divergent backgrounds who can bring a special dimension to our sisterhood.
Kappa Delta does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, national origin or sexual orientation. We welcome women of all backgrounds to be a part of our chapters. Members are selected based on character, academics and leadership potential.
Recruitment is what continues our amazing legacy of Kappa Delta. Our chapter is one of the largest on Towson University's campus. Kappa Delta is comprised of amazing young women who bring leadership, scholarship, community involvement, and philanthropic passion to our chapter. We hope that you can contribute these four things as well. Every member of our sorority is proud to be a Kappa Delta because of the strong sisterhood that we share and our involvement on campus. We have, and continue to, promote friendship and sisterhood among our members while upholding our open motto: Ta Kala Diokomen, "let us strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest." By joining Kappa Delta we have found lifelong sisters and friends with an undescribable bond that can't be found elsewhere. There are social, philanthropic, and leadership opportunities awaiting you by joining a sorority. As a chapter, we strive to find the most outstanding potential new members to join our sisterhood. Recruitment is an experience you will remember forever and is a firsthand look at what Towson University's Greek Life has to offer.
